Ball Park Dog

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the hot dogs using preferred method:
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill hot dogs for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and slightly charred.
Stovetop: Boil in water for 5 minutes or pan-fry until browned.
Microwave: Wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 45–60 seconds.
Step 2
Toast buns on the grill or in a pan for 1–2 minutes until lightly crisp, or microwave for 10 seconds to soften.
Step 3
Place buns in serving container and assemble. Place prepared hot dogs in buns, top with onions and relish. Add mustard and ketchup if desired, or serve on the side. Serve each with 6 oz. fries.
