Brussels Sprout Pizza

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F .
Step 2
Thaw brussels sprouts until soft enough to slice in halves. Toss with 1/2 fl. oz. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a 375°F oven for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Increase oven temperature to 425˚F. Roll pizza dough out to a 14-inch circle. Brush with 1/2 fl. oz. olive oil. Top with the shredded mozzarella, torn prosciutto and roasted brussels sprouts. Bake in a 425°F oven for 15-18 minutes until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the goat cheese crumbles. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
