Chimichurri Salchipapas

Vibrant street-food from Peru with crispy fries and an herbaceous kick.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat the oven 320°F.
Step 3
In a large sauté pan, cook the chistorra until almost crisp. Set aside.
Step 4
Prepare fries according to package instructions.
Step 5
Place fries into a baking mold. Top with chistorra and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese start melting.
Step 6
Place on serving dish top with chimichurri and guacamole.
