Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package directions. Prepare grain and vegetable blend according to package instructions, chill.
Step 2
Combine grain blend, ranch dressing and pulled chicken in a large bowl. Lay flour tortilla on a countertop, spread 2 oz. avocado pulp in center, top with 3 slices of tomato and 2 pieces of romaine lettuce. Add 6 oz. of grain and chicken mixture. Fold in both ends of flour tortilla while rolling the rest of the filling. Slice in half before serving.
