With crispy Tater Squares™, tender pork and edamame in a yummy teriyaki sauce, this dish brings all the bold, kid-friendly flavor to your lunch hour.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Defrost pulled pork and edamame in refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Preheat convection oven to 425° F.
Step 3
Arrange Tater Squares™ in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake in convection oven at 425°F for 10-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 4
Combine thawed pork and teriyaki sauce in a 2-inch deep steamtable pan. Mix together until sauce is evenly distributed. Cover and heat in convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Place edamame in a 2-inch perforated pan. Steam for 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook!
Step 6
Place 1/2 cup (8 each) Tater Squares™ onto each tray or boat. Top with a #16 disher of edamame and a #12 disher of teriyaki pork mixture. Garnish with 1 tsp. of sliced green onions.
