This dip may soon earn a top spot on your appetizer menu, it's just that good. Serve it with fries, crostini, or sliced veggies for dipping.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Prepare caramelized onions according to package instructions. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon, chives, salt and pepper. Fold in the Gruyere and caramelized onions. Refrigerate for service.
Step 3
Prepare SIDEWINDERS™ Fries according to package instructions. Hold warm.
Step 4
For each portion, place 4 oz. onion mixture in an oven-safe serving dish. Top with Gruyere cheese and bake in a 425°F oven until bubbly, about 10 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve with sliced apples, and 6 oz. prepared fries.
