Tortillas, 6-inch

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare Batter Bites® and Fiesta blend according to package instructions. Keep warm.

Step 2

Combine cooked eggs, Batter Bites® and Fiesta blend; fold gently. Place a 1/2 oz. guacamole on a tortilla and top with 3 oz. potato mixture.

Step 3

Roll up tortilla, burrito-style. Portion 2 wraps per serving.
