Tender grilled shrimp loaded in a flour tortilla and topped with flame-roasted jalapeño corn, shredded cabbage and a creamy avocado-ranch dressing.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Purée the ranch dressing and avocado in blender until smooth.
Step 3
Prepare the corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions, hold hot.
Step 4
For each serving; place 2 tortillas on serving plate. Top each tortilla with 2 shrimp, 1 oz. corn blend, 1 fl. oz. dressing and 3/4 oz. of cabbage.
