Lettuce, shredded	36 oz.
Turkey, deli-sliced	6 3/4 lbs.
Cheddar cheese, sharp, sliced	36 oz.
Red onion, pickled	36 oz.
Bacon, slices, cooked		72 each

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

For each sandwich, remove top of roll. On bottom half place 1 oz. lettuce, 3 oz. sliced turkey, 1 oz. sliced cheese, 1 oz. pickled red onions, and 2 strips of cooked bacon. Wrap sandwich to keep fresh. Place sandwich and 2 oz. guacamole container into box lunch container with utensils and napkin.

Option

Use a 4 oz. container of Harvest Fresh™ Guacamole. Add packaged carrots and celery sticks into box lunch as a side. 2 oz. to spread on sandwich and 2 oz. for dipping veggies.
