An Italian vegetable blend with an easy oven prep, topped with a crispy seasoned cheese topping.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Step 2
Spray a sheet pan with pan release. Spread vegetables in a single layer, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Step 3
Bake vegetables until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven. Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown. Hold hot for service.
Step 4
To serve; place 1/2 cup of gratined vegetables on serving dish.
