Perfect for any gathering or hungry crowd, this collection includes several traditional mezze appetizers, pita bread, olives, tomatoes, and dips that can be combined any-which-way. It’s easy to assemble and it travels exceptionally well.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the edamame according to package instructions. Once prepared, toss with Za'atar seasoning to coat.
Step 2
Prepare the grain blend according to package instructions. Allow to cool to room temperature or chill. In a medium bowl, mix grain blend with Greek salad dressing, tomatoes and kalamata olives.

Step 4
To assemble catering board or box, arrange items for service. Begin by placing Za'atar edamame, prepared spanakopita, chicken skewers, Roasted Carrot Hummus, Skordalia and tzatziki sauces in to-go containers or serve ware. Serve with warm pita bread.
