BBQ Ribs with Succotash

A soulful Southern plate with smoky ribs and a vibrant veggie side.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Slow cook ribs until tender, finish with BBQ sauce and grill or broil to caramelize.
Step 2
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add corn blend, lima beans, and tomato. Cook until heated through and season to taste.
Step 3
Prepare fries according to package instructions. Toss with BBQ seasoning immediately after cooking.
Step 4
Place ribs on serving dish and add a generous scoop of succotash. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with seasoned fries on the side.
