Chopped Brisket Loaded Tater Squares™

Elevate your appetizer or game day menu with this dish. Loaded with tender brisket, Tater Squares™, peppers and onions, two kinds of cheese, and topped off with pickled jalapeños and green onions—it's sure to be a winner.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Prepare peppers and onions according to package instructions. Set aside. Prepare 10 oz. Tater Squares™ according to package instructions.
Step 3
Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. For each serving, layer 10 oz. potatoes, 4 oz. chopped brisket, 4 oz. queso and 4 oz. peppers and onions. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden and heated through. Remove from oven. Using a wide spatula, transfer to serving dish. Top with 1/2 oz. Cotija cheese, 1 oz. pickled jalapeños and 1 Tbsp. green onions.
