Everything Bagel Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

Step 1

Prepare the Everything Bagel Avocado Spread, see the recipe here.

Step 2

Prepare sausage and potatoes according to package instructions. Hold warm. Fry eggs over easy and hold warm.

Step 3

With a serrated knife cut bagels in half and lightly toast.

Step 4

To assemble each sandwich, place avocado spread on bottom half of bagel. Top with a warm sausage patty, 1 slice of cheese, and a fried egg. Finish with top of bagel and more avocado spread. Serve with potatoes.
