A vibrant, nutrient-packed fry build with bold kale pesto and crispy ancient grains.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 400°F.
Step 2
For the Kale Pesto, place kale leaves, pine nuts, olive oil, Parmesan, garlic cloves, salt and pepper flakes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Fully slack grain blend. Toss with oil and place on sheet tray. Bake in convection oven, high fan, for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare fries according to package instructions.
Step 5
Place fries on serving dish and top with kale pesto and crispy grains. Garnish with fresh herbs or microgreens if desired.
